Century 15ft Stainless Steel Self Serve Heated Buffet CLICK ON THE LOGO FOR MORE INFO ABOUT US Century 15ft Stainless Steel Self Serve Heated Buffet This is a very nice used stainless steel self-serve buffet table. It is 15ft long, 41"D x 59"T. It has (9) 12" x 20" hot wells, and (1) 12" x 20" ice down well. It also has (3) 5.5" x 6" cutouts for small pans, and (4) 4" Diameter circle cutouts for utensil holders. The hot section of the buffet is a water bath with submersible elements. It will require a 220 volt, single phase hardwire connection for the heating elements, and a 120 volt connection for the heat lamps. There are 10 overhead heat lamps, and 3 storage compartments underneath with sliding doors. The buffet is mounted on (8) casters for easy mobility. This buffet is in very nice used condition, tested in our shop and works fine. THIS ITEM IS TOO LARGE TO BE SENT THROUGH A FREIGHT CARRIER. IT WILL HAVE TO BE PICKED UP AT OUR CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.
