Bayco Burn Off Oven - Model BB220/E4 Dimensions - Inside = 60" wide x 72" deep x 80" high (above the heat distribution box). Dimensions - Outside 72" wide x 124" high x 84" deep. Cart tracks in floor but no cart. Previous owner sat parts on an interior rack with a fork lift truck. Rack is not salvagable, but is available to serve as a pattern for building a new one if you choose to use it that way. Two gas burners. One in oven chamber, one in stack chamber for full oxidation of exhaust gasses. Includes 18 ft long heavy steel stack with molded in refractory lining. Note that the refractory brick on top of the heat distribution box is missing in the picture, but we have some of it, and will furnish some new so it will be complete. Interior is in pretty good condition except that some of the expanded metal covering of the refractory lining has been damaged by fork lift. We will provide sufficient new, steel expanded metal to replace damaged sections. Also, the tadpole gasket around the door should probably be replaced. This is a very heavy oven weighing 8,250 lbs. We estimate the stack weight at around 1500 lbs. We will load at no additional charge at listed price. Bayco ovens are known as one of the most heavy duty burn off ovens in the industry. Can be used for burning off electric motors, paint or powder coat racks, etc. |
