This range is porcelain enameled in Royal Blue with all details nickel plated. The composition of the range is as follow. This range will need a solid concrete base of 6' 4 3/4 X 5' 3 7/16" X 4" high 2 gas open burners above water pan of 31,000 BTU each. 1 single electric plancha 350 mm X 500 mm (13 3/4" X 19 3/4") 2 gas flat solid top of 43,000 BTU each 900 mm X 550 mm (35 1/2" X 21 5/8") temperature range from 1000 F at the center of the ring to 530 F at the outside edge. 1 one piece overshelf with 2 blue & nickel decorated Sodir Salamanders 3 gas oven of 43,000 BTU each with over 3/4" thick cast iron base and sides and cast bronze door liner for even temperatures and consistent heat retention.
