It performs measurements on display LEDs and optical communication devices. As you can see in the pictures, it is in generally good condition. However, there is some cosmetic damage: the screen bezel has some of the corner missing, and one of the nearby buttons at the bottom of the screen has it's top missing (see picture). The button still works perfectly well. The cover for the printer is missing and there is no paper roll. The printer is untested.
