In Excellent Condition! Almost Like New & Barely Used! Frame, A Control Panel & Manuals Included! 16' W x 9' H Rytec Fast-Seal High Speed Roll-Up Door Details: This is a barely used 16' W x 9' H Rytec Fast-Seal High Speed Roll-Up Door. It was manufactured in 1999, installed briefly in a plant (owned by a national food industry company) that closed less that a year later, and has been sitting in storage for the past four years. It was not put back into operation simply because the new owner did not have any doors with measurements that this door would fit. The control panel (pictures 6 & 7) is not the original panel, but according to the regional installation company for this brand of door, can be made to fully operate the door. The only thing out of the ordinary about the door is that a piece of one of the pulleys was broken during transport to the latest owner's warehouse (see picture # 4). We do have the broken off piece, which could perhaps be welded back on, or the pulley could be replaced, or the door could (perhaps) operate in the current condition. Everything else is in "Like New" condition. The technician for the regional installation company said the open and shut time for the door is approximately 2 seconds. The purchase price includes the door, frame, control panel, remote, all manuals, and most, if not all original paperwork. Again, this door has been inspected by a professional technician and deemed fully functional. Normally we do not accept returns, but should a problem arise, we will most certainly be fair in resolving any issues should they arise. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions. |
