We also have graticule eyepieces without focussing at $ 20.00 each. Kindly contact us if you require the same. You have an option of scales, cross, grid and grain size for metallurgy. Once you have one the item please do let us know your choice of the graticule and we shall inculde the same in your eyepiece. A) Returns on Defective and/or Damaged items Authorization must be obtained before returning any item(s) and be on visible on the box or label it is being returned in. Items returned without Authorization will be refused and returned to the sender Items returned must be in like new condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories. Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately within 5 days of receiving item. Any item to be returned for refund must be received within 7 days of receiving item. Our products carry a warranty of 1 year against any manufacturing defects. However electrical components such as bulbs etc. are not covered within this warranty. The item shall be repaired or replaced, depending upon the nature of fault within period. |
