MRL Model 1142 4-stack diffusion furnace This system was used for drive and oxidation of 6" wafers for about 2 years and has been in storage since about 2001. It has 4 Aztec Helix high temp cores (1350 degree C) Included are the following: 1. Crate of quartzware include slotted boats and carriers, end caps and misc quartz and handles. 3. 10 brand new thermocouples for profiling 4. Schumacher Absolute Bubblers (4) 5. Auto loader for wafer boats 6. Robotic elevator system to take wafers from ground level up to top carriers 7. 4 Torch and exhaust controllers 8. Gas Cabinet set up with Nitrogen, Oxygen, Hydrogen and Air 9. System is controlled with SEMY controllers (I do not have the Sun Computer and software, price reflects this) Sorry for the bad pictures, however this system is large and I don't have very much room.
