X-axis longitudinal travel 30" Spindle to table Min/Max 2"/18" T-slots center distance 3.375" 1988 cnc mill. Manufactured by Saeilo, Robotool Model cvm 1. With micro 1000 control. This machine is currently under power and being used at facility to run various parts. This machine is in good condition. The cnc control was sent to factory in New York to have a new crt screen installed and completely gone through by a saeilo tech. This machine has several canned cycles to make programming simple. Some examples: G81 drill cycle, G82 speed peck drill cycle, G83 peck drill, G85 bore cycle, G79 circle mill, cutter comp, rotation, scaling, mirror image etc. Machine is equipped with rs 232, floppy disc drive. Spindle is a nmtb 30 quick change with kurt power drawbar less than 1 year old. I have all books including: Programming manual, operating manual, Installation manual and Service manual. This machine can be run in manual jog mode using three joysticks mounted on face of machine which I have found to be very easy to use. It can be ran in MDI mode or full CNC. The machine is currently set up and receiving programs through a crt cable that is connected to a Windows XP operating system. Programing is generated by a CAD program (finuk 6) The coolant pump is operated by an auxilary universal pump, the existing unit is no longer in the machine. Power requirements: 200 vac power 3 phase 10 amp 220 volts AC (head) 120 vac power 15 amp, 120 volt ac (computer and drive motors) I am currently running 245 v 3 phase.
