Cat 312 Construction Excavator * This machine runs and operates very well, hydraulics seem to be in good operating condition * Engine starts right up everytime and works well * Mechanical thumb included on the bucket * All cylenders were done last spring * There are two welds on the stick and boom (Note in pics) welds are very sturdy and are'nt a problem, they could be cleaned up a little bit * There is one little leak from the plug on the swival pump * Sale includes an extra 2 ft Esco bucket in nice shape * Quick coupler linkage is a little loose, not real bad * Machine has heat, cd player and radio * We rate UC at approx. 70%, Grouser bars and sprockets good etc. If you have any questions please feel free to shoot me an email or give me a call at either or (cell) .
