The chamber is behind the door in the image above. The image above and below show the process chamber with the door open. Not the fragile quartz substrate (wafer) holder attached to the door. The image above shows a side view with the side panel off. You can make out the outside of the chamber behind the door. Additional images of the chamber from the sides are shown below. This chamber is obviously designed to be operated at vacuum noting the vacuum lines and ports attached. These images show the backside of the unit.
