This generator has been tested at 1000 Watts into a 50 ohm dummy load for 30 minutes without issue. This is guaranteed not DOA for 14 days from the day you receive it. If your looking for a radio frequency power supply to drive your experimental plasma source, ICP, dielectric sputter, dry etch, or semiconductor system such as Lam, Amat or others, then this might be right for you. This must be used with a proper impedance matching network, AIM, or operated into a 50 ohm load to function properly. |
