AB Plastic Injector plastic injection molding machinery The AB-200 plastic injector is a semi-automatic tabletop plastic injection machine designed with a small foot print to fit into the most restricted of workspaces. The AB-200 plastic injector features an adjustable sequencing and injection cycle for maximum productivity. The AB-200 automatic cycle plastic injector features digital temperature control, automatic clamping, injection and also automatic ejection of mold. Each operation is completely adjustable on the front panel. Injection capacity is ¼ oz and maximum mold size is 2 ½â€ x 3†x 2â€. Clamp force is 4000 lbs or 5500 lbs. This is a tabletop model that is designed with a very small footprint (18†x 25†x 32†and only 88lbs ) making it suitable for operation in all workshops and cleanrooms with only limited space available.
