1 - (used) WEIPERT Model W800, 32" swing x 118" centers, heavy duty engine lathe, new 1960 and in very good condition. Machine has (26) spindle speeds fron 5.6 to 560 RPM. The spindle hole is 3.750" and the spindle nose is a flange type. The universal gear box is arranged for inch/metric threading. In addition to power feed to the carriage and cross slide, the compound is also arranged for power feed. It has power rapid traverse to the carriage. The tailstock quill diameter is 5", the taper is a No. 5 MT, and the tailstock body is arranged with a bed crank for positioning the tail stock. The machine weight is approx. 18,000 lbs.
