Vertical, dish top cone bottom, 8'6" diameter x 104" straight side. Chemineer agitator model 1-HTD-2, 2 hp motor 3/60, 220-230-440-460 volt, 1140 rpm. Approx 2.5" diameter stainless steel shaft with (2) 3 blade impellers measuring 16" long x 6" wide. 56 output rpm. (4) Internal baffles are 48" long x 8" wide and are mounted 1" off the wall. Dual CIP spray balls. 16" x 20" side oval manway with cover. Top openings: (1) 18" with cover, (1) 2", (1) 2.5", (1) 6", 4" center bottom outlet. Tank is mounted on stainless steel adjustable legs and was built in 1997. Agitator serial #507745-1. and the product is still available, |
