If there is an error, request a return authorization (RA#) from us via email, fax, or phone. We will send you an approval notice for your return. Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and in saleable condition. A copy of our original invoice and the Return Authorization number (provided by us) must be included. DAMAGES: If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition, refuse to accept it. It will be returned to us. We will file a claim and replace it to you. If you discover concealed damage once you have accepted delivery: 1) Call the carrier for an inspection 2) Hold on to all original packing, boxing, cartons, etc. 3) The carrier will inform you what to do. 2) Call trucking company for an inspection. 3) File a claim with the carrier for damage.
