This is a 15 Ton Rousselle Inclinable Punch Press. MODEL 2 S/N #23500. We used this Punch Press to punch 3/8 inch elongated holes in aluminum. The 3/8 inch dies are included. Connect an air line to operate the foot pedal. All is in working order. We moved this press outside for the photos. It has been stored inside a trailer since we moved last fall.
