Simply put, this vacuum stopper inserts rubber stoppers into injection vials and infusion bottles in a way that greatly minimizes the oxygen content of the headspace in a bottle by utilizing a nitrogen purge after vacuuming out the ambient air. A residual oxygen content of less than 1% is achieved by utilizing the vacuum pump to evacuate and nitrogen gas inertizing programmable up to nine cycles. This vacuum stopper machine is equipped for closing bottles with 20mm hollow rubber injection stoppers and 32mm rubber infusion stoppers only.Other sizes may be available, you will need to contact the manufacture.
