This is a New Factory Direct Omcan FAM Heavy Duty Meat Mixer Model 120IT! These heavy-duty mixers allow for consistent mixing of meats and additives. This is accomplished through uniquely designed stainless steel paddles. Easily removable shafts simplify cleaning. The "IT" series feature stainless steel tanks that tip to ease in unloading. The extra large capacity "K" series offer optional hydraulic buggy loaders and allow for emptying from the bottom. All major components are stainless steel and all lids feature safety switches. |
