CTI61 ice cooled cafeteria buffet table. * All stainless steel construction * Mechanically refrigerated model CTC * Full length 18 gauge stainless steel lower shelf * Drain with shut off valve * Full compliment of accessories available * GENERAL: Cold cart constructed throughout with 300 series stainless steel. Cold cart fully insulated with high density fiberglass insulation. All exterior surfaces shall be ground and polished to a #3 finish. * FRAME: Full body and top framed with angle iron. All vertical and horizontal edges. * TOP: Top shall be one piece 16 gauge stainless steel. * WELL PAN: Constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel with die stamped raised perimeter bead. Well pan 4 5/8" deep. There shall be a solid vinyl gasket under the beaded edge to form a seal to the top. All corners coved with a minimum of 1/4" radius. Copper tubing soldered to the pan exterior bottom. A 3/4" drain with strainer and shut off valve provided. Pan is insulated with high density polystyrene, 1" thick on all sides, 11/2" thick on the bottom and enclosed with a 22 gauge galvanized steel outer enclosure. Entire unit removable without the use of tools.
