ED2 series Halo Counter-Top Heated Display System: A curved glass styling in self-service service design. Separate heat zones are thermostatically controlled with a 1-10 thermostat. Heated well is maximized for full merchandising potential, holding a full range of standard pan sizes, as well as full-size or half-size sheet pans. Overhead lighting is controlled with on/off switches in multiple zones. Expanded footprint is now 35" deep. A full 72" with an 18 gauge, non-magnetic stainless steel interior. The display case has a curved tempered glass front with handle that provides an easy, even lift for cleaning. Four (4) removable, sliding glass doors on the operator side are included. Sliding door tracks have a "clean sweep" cut out, allowing for easy cleaning and crumb removal. Framed end glass with rubber gasket material protects glass edges from chipping and breakage. Counter-top display cases include one set of 4"(102mm) legs. This item has many features and benefits including : * HALO HEAT & a controlled, uniform heat source that gently cooks, holds, and surrounds food for better appearance, taste, and longer holding life. * Cooks, holds, and displays hot food fresh and moist for hours without adding water. * Expandable system to meet your specific requirements. -Displays hot food without condensation on glass. -Thermostatic controlled heat source radiates from the base of the display case in multiple heat zones. -Overhead light zones with shatterproof coated bulbs. -Well size maximized to provide larger food holding area. -Holds a full range of standard (gastronorm) pan sizes, full-size or half-size sheet pans. -Standard black laminated end panel frames. -Solar cool bronze sliding glass doors reflect heat back into the products and mirrors the display to enhance merchandising effect. -Optional solar cool bronze glass end panes are available for maximizing the display. * Fourteen (14) overhead lights with three (3) light zones. * Three base heat zones with three (3) adjustable thermostats with a range of 1 through 10, and three (3) heat-on indicator lights. * Four (4) bronze-reflective sliding glass doors on operator side. * Two (2) 10" x 36" (254mm x 914mm) operator-side work shelves.
