Hendry Power 3000 DC Power System Hendry Power 3000 DC Power System The Power 3000 is a fully-integrated power system specifically designed for central office telecommunication systems where high power density is required and space is limited. This self-contained modular system with a Power Monitor and Control Assembly PMCA) provides local and remote monitoring and control of critical system conditions. Up to 16 plug-in, fan-cooled switch mode rectifiers fit into four pre-wired rectifier shelves. The rectifiers provide up to 1600 A @ 24 VDC or 880 A @ 48 VDC and can be field-installed as power needs increase. To increase power beyond 50,000 watts, additional systems can be run in parallel. Hendryâ s Power 3000 with PMCA includes an RS-232 port, a single- or three-phase AC power distribution block, a DC distribution unit with one to four circuit breaker bus configurations (up to 100 circuit breakers), and one to four rectifier and/or battery shelves. The systemâ s full-front access cabinet is seismically reinforced to Zone 4 standards. 16 plug-in rectifiers by Harmer Simmons 0SMF3000-50A (48 VDC).
