This Vertical Mill By Gilman an SFK Company was used in a machine that has never seen production. It has maybe 10 hours of use. Mill comes with Gilman company Spindal Certification. Mill also comes with an Oriental 3 Phase Brake Motor, Oriental 9:1 Gearbox, 2 additional spindle pulleys, a pulley bushing, spindle bushing, and timing belt. Originally purchased for $10383.01 Spec Sheet for the mill reads as follows: 2750C motorized vertical travel spindle units are fixed speed units that combine a motorized timing belt drive spindle with a vertical hardened steel way slide assembly. Vertical positioning of the saddle and spindle can be accomplished with one of the three standard drive types. E1: .750-.100 Acme manual lead screw with a 2:1 reduction right angle drive. D1: .750-.200 Rolled ball lead screw powered drive with a non preloaded nut. H2: 2" Bore medium pressure hydraulic cylinder with a stop rod. The lead screw manual drive can be positioned six ways with position #1 as standard.
