Actuator input fitting is 1/4-20 SAE. All Teflon body construction, gas or chemicals see nothing but Teflon. Has steel collar reinforced 1/4 inch Female NPT fittings on the input and output. The internal orifice size is 0.20" The Valve is 1 inch Square and 2 inches Tall. I don't know any other specs on this unit, like the pressure or flow rating. An educated guess would be a 30-60psi actuation pressure and a max valve pressure of 15-45psi.
