The total package provides the user with the best possible features and equipment for large-scale transferring. This 20"x25" "jumbo-sized" heat press is capable of pressing the largest single heat transfers produced or a multitude of smaller items, simultaneously. The heat platen uses SuperCoil-Microwinding™* heater technology, a system of embedded heater windings that wind tightly and closely together throughout the entire platen for extremely even heat, fast recovery and fast heat up times. The effective working area of this press is 19x24, because you should always keep your work at least one-half inch from the outer edges of the press. The controller utilizes an easy to read oversized-digit LCD display to show time and temperature simultaneously, and the temperature readout is accurate within +-2°. The controller also features a digital height/pressure gauge for displaying current height settings. The operator can use the 70 programmable presets for saving common application settings of Temp/Time/Pressure, ensuring consistent, repeatable results for all applications. The Jumbo Swinger is very useful for many, like screen printers, for example, who quite often deal with over-sized transfers in their business. The heat press is also very efficient in many high-volume, commercial sublimation transfer applications. This is especially true for sublimators using jigs to hold multiples of small items, like key chains. While not quite as powerful as "The Tile Master" nor as efficient (because of the 2-tray system of that press), the DK20JS is still an effective heat press for those wanting to also sublimate flat ceramics, like tiles.
