This Machine could be a fabulous start up for anybody who would like to start a fresh pasta business and doesnot know wether it is exactly thing to do. Since you pay only for the machine and not the ravioli attachment you could practice on making ravioli without having to "fork out" thousands more dollars to do that. Any restaurant that uses 50lb a week in fettuccine alone could make this machine profitable, then if you add another 50lb of lasagna sheets you will have definitely a profitable situation. Since my experience with pasta machines is 25 years young I can train anybody anywhere on the phone to do a fabulous mix and produce the best pasta any restaurant would ever want to serve.
