Item Specifics - Skid Steer Loaders The Bobcat® MT50 mini track loader is the new way to work in spaces too small for a skid-steer loader or compact excavator. No more shovel, post-hole digger or other hand labor. The MT50 has the power to make quick, easy work of back-breaking jobs, and the size and performance to work efficiently in really tight areas. What's more, the multi-purpose, walk behind unit is easy to operate using two hand levers, and it's friendly to lawns and other sensitive surfaces. That's good news for landscape contractors with crews unaccustomed to using skid-steer loaders and similar machines. The rugged, easy-to-maintain MT50 is also ideal for rental stores serving homeowners who may not want to operate more complicated compact equipment. The 2,500-lb. MT50 measures less than 6-ft.-long without a bucket, just 44-in.-tall, and only 36-in.-wide—perfect for going through gates and in and around trees, shrubs and other backyard obstacles. Thanks to rubber tracks and low ground pressure it treads lightly on turf and pavement and gives you a 360-degree view of your work area. You can select high-range travel speed for lift and carry work and a low-range for trenching, tilling and other work. Safety features include lift and tilt lockouts that prevent the boom from lowering when the machine is turned off and a reverse travel stop panel, designed to protect the operator when working close to walls or other structures. |
