Description: This is a natural gas 5-doors Double Deck Pizza Oven, made by Blodgett, the leader for this type of equipment. Color/Size: See picture for color, approximate size is 39 deep, 60 wide by 64 tall. Exterior Construction: Full angle iron frame; counterbalanced doors with concealed hinges; heavy-duty tubular steel door handles; 6" legs; burner doors open easily for ignition, cleaning, or adjustments. Interior Construction: Aluminized steel baking compartment liner; aluminized steel combustion chamber; vitreous fiber insulation at top, back, side, and bottom; 12 guage press-formed, reinforced steel deck. Condition: This oven came to us from a Restaurant going out of business, so it was in good working condition.
