Blancher, 24" diameter x 7' long solid screw, 6" dia center shaft, manufactured by FPE "Gem Line," stainless steel construction, includes (7) bottom steam injection ports, (2) 2.5" bottom liquid discharge ports, (1) 4" side discharge port, 7.5" top exhaust stack, 12" x 12" top feed chute, 10" x 11" side discharge chute, mounted on 28"w x 8'4"l x 2'7"h cast steel frame, serial number 4955-73. Appears to be in good condition.
