The label on the side might give some a clue as to what it was used on. Outer diameter of the flange is 14" The barrel is a bit over 12" OD. Condition looks very good but we are not equipped to test it. It has an aluminum cover plate bolted over the big port end. Sold as-is-where-is. What you see is what you get.
