You can inspect the machine or run Model B84L.O./A has a scaling range of 12 oz -48 oz. Divides and rounds at the rate of Proofer has 34 trays with 8 accross nylon holding baskets all in perfect condition. Each basket will hold a 5-48 oz doughpiece. Single intermittent infeed with approximately 12 minutes proofing time will produce approximately 1,200 pieces per hour. Call for freight estimate and on site assembly.
