Designed with a small footprint of 55" W x 51" D and equipped with the latest in baking technology, this oven produces consistent, precise results on everything from light pastries to crusty breads to roasting meats. This model will hold one single oven rack in a side load or end load configuration. 208 volt, 240 volt and 480 volt power choices are available to meet your electrical requirements. Bakes 100 each of 1 lb. (453 g) loaves, using 5-on strap pans with a full-height single rack. Bakes 75 each of 1 lb. (680 g) loaves, using 5-on strap pans with a full-height single rack.
