The ESS controller monitors up to nine optically isolated sensors and can provide alarm and shutdown for each sensor to meet your requirements. Remote outputs are provided for remote system status and/or shutdown. All systems are fabricated in certified cleanrooms and fully tested. Helium leak testing is performed using dry leak detectors with sensitivity to 5x10-11 Atm-cc/sec.
